Guests will have private access to the entire lower-level apartment through a dedicated and secure keyless entry.

You’ll also have shared access to several outdoor and common spaces throughout the property as listed above.

The game room serves as the entrance pathway to the apartment and is shared with guests staying in the upper-level unit.

Driveway parking is included. This rental is provided 3 spaces of the 6 possible in the wide driveway. Please park thoughtfully and leave room for other guests when applicable.

Hideaway is a private lower-level apartment within a home that contains another separate rental unit upstairs.

The hot tub, backyard, fire pit, game room, and laundry room are shared spaces for guests staying at the property.

The game room serves as the entrance pathway to the apartment.

A train runs behind the property on weekdays (generally not weekends) and can be seen and heard when passing through.

The backyard includes a koi pond that is not fenced, so children and pets should be supervised outdoors.

Parking is limited to the driveway only (see house rules for details).

• Parking in driveway only for 3 vehicles per instructions (see listing); no street parking

• This unit has a private entrance, but some areas outside the unit are shared (game room, laundry, outdoor areas). Please keep tidy and respectful

• Pets and children must be supervised at all times; pets not allowed on furniture or bedding and waste must be cleaned up before checkout

• No glass in hot tub; follow all posted rules

• Do not unplug TVs, lamps, routers, or smart devices

• Ski gear/bikes must stay in designated areas only

• Fireplace must be extinguished before leaving or sleeping; all entrances must be locked when leaving

• Full rental terms, including fees for damages or rule violations, are provided in the rental agreement sent after booking
